Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Wärtsilä's simulation solutions across Europe, focusing on France and French-speaking markets.
• Build long-term customer relationships and understand training and operational needs.
• Lead tenders, quotations, proposals, and contract negotiations with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with technical experts to develop customer-focused simulation solutions.
• Represent Wärtsilä at customer meetings, demos, and industry events.
• Gather market insights to support growth and product development.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Marketing, Delivery, Support, and Marine Sales to maximize value.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
