Job summary

DocuWare is seeking a Head of Sales France to drive sustainable revenue growth across France by leading both indirect and direct sales teams. The role reports to the VP Sales EMEA and involves close collaboration to define and evolve regional strategy.

Role requires proven experience in software sales, people leadership, and strong English and native-level French communication. Willingness to travel across France, preferably near Paris, is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven track record driving revenue growth in France across indirect and direct sales teams.
• Experience leading and coachingregional sales teams and partners (Account Executives, ISV Account Executives, Account Managers).
• Strong ability to forecast, manage pipelines, and achieve KPIs in a B2B software environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute the regional commercial strategy across France and drive market expansion.
• Lead, develop, and motivate direct and indirect sales teams to meet regional targets.
• Own regional forecasting, pipeline health, and KPI performance.
