Visual Components is seeking a commercially minded Sales Engineer / Simulation Expert to support growth in France. You will work with Visual Components and KUKA sales teams to demonstrate how our software solves manufacturing and automation challenges, while expanding existing accounts.

Based in France, you will conduct technical demonstrations, manage trials, and translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or customer-facing software roles in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, automation, robotics or production engineering.
• Experience with 3D simulation, CAD or robotics simulation software.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions and business value.
• Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.

• Qualify customer needs and shape the right technical solution with sales teams.
• Deliver product demonstrations tailored to industry, processes and challenges.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops and solution presentations.
• Support trials, proofs of concept and evaluations.
