Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS B2B enterprise solutions.
• Experience in pre-sales, implementation, or consultative roles.
• Knowledge of APIs and ability to troubleshoot technical issues during trials/pilots.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Track record of managing complex sales cycles with global enterprises.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate understanding of transport & supply chain markets and competition landscape.
• Engage with sales to run discovery sessions to understand client requirements and ROI.
• Develop and deliver trial animations and customised demos with sales/CSM teams.
