Job summary

Graitec Group in France is seeking a Simulate Solution Sales Specialist to drive profitable growth of the SIMULATE business across Southern France, with Advance Design as the flagship solution. You will operate in a mature market, building trusted relationships with senior engineering stakeholders and economic buyers to unlock new opportunities.

The role blends strong commercial ownership with domain expertise, leading deal strategy, value articulation, and structured negotiations, while

Qualifications

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
5+ years in structural engineering practice or commercial solutions sales in AEC software.
Experience engaging engineering teams and decision-makers.
Strong understanding of value-based selling and ROI.

Responsibilities

Own and execute South France territory plan aligned to revenue and margin targets.
Drive pipeline creation and conversion across expansion, new logos, and recurring revenue.
Run end-to-end sales cycle: Qualification → Discovery → Value positioning → Proposal → Negotiation → Close.
Lead commercial conversations with confidence and articulate business outcomes.
Collaborate with Account Managers, Services and Technical teams to ensure onboarding and value realization.
Maintain forecast hygiene and drive high win rates and deal velocity.
