SCHOTTEL France S.A.R.L. is seeking a senior manager to lead the French subsidiary, drive strategy and profitability, and manage a small team in a dynamic, international setting.

You will oversee operations, customer relationships and local marketing while reporting to the German headquarters. Native French and fluent English are required, with a background in engineering or business administration and proven P&L experience.

Formación

• Successfully completed a technical degree in Engineering or a commercial degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a senior management role (e.g. Branch Manager, Sales Director, Site Manager)
• Strong knowledge of the maritime industry, suppliers and customers
• Proven experience in people management and P&L responsibility
• Excellent communication, leadership and intercultural skills
• Fluent in English; native French language skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on mentality

Responsabilidades

• Overall management of SCHOTTEL France S.A.R.L., leading a small, high-performing team
• Full responsibility for achieving strategic and operational targets, including utilisation, cost efficiency and profitability
• Leading and developing the local team through strong strategic and hands-on leadership
• Managing and developing customer relationships and processes in line with corporate guidelines
• Ensuring efficient, cost-effective operations in line with industry standards and policies
• Planning and implementing local marketing and sales initiatives such as customer events
• Aligning with global strategy and collaborating with international subsidiaries
• Reporting directly to Headquarters in Germany
• Fostering teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement
