Base360.ai is seeking a hands-on Founding Growth Marketer to drive early-stage growth among short-term rental operators and property managers. You’ll own channels, craft strategy, and turn ideas into measurable demand and demo bookings.

You’ll experiment across paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, and lifecycle funnels, building funnels and landing pages that convert while collaborating directly with the founder to shape positioning.

Qualifications

• Fast learner who can pick up new skills quickly.
• Ambitious to become one of the best in growth marketing.
• Able to use AI tools to test ideas, automate tasks, and move faster.
• Experience or interest in B2B SaaS and marketing to operators is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own a growth channel end to end—from strategy to campaigns and results.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings via paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals, and partnerships.
• Understand the customer: property managers and short-term rental operators, what drives them to switch software.
• Run rapid experiments: test hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; scale what works.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert top to bottom of the funnel.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging to show product value.
• Measure performance: lead quality, conversion, CAC, and pipeline contribution.
