Qualifications

• Results-driven growth marketer with a hands-on orientation.
• Experience building growth engines in B2B SaaS is a plus.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Ability to work directly with the founder and build from scratch.
• Startup mindset with ownership.

Responsabilités

• Own a growth channel end-to-end or multiple channels.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings across paid ads, SEO, outbound, and partnerships.
• Understand customers and what makes them switch software.
• Run fast experiments and scale what works.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, and automation.
• Build high-converting funnels and landing pages.
• Collaborate on positioning and messaging with the founder.
• Track metrics and explain success and ROI.
