Base360.ai is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to reach short-term rental operators and property managers—and turn attention into demo bookings, qualified leads, and customers. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role working directly with the founder to build our growth engine from the ground up.

You may own a single channel or run across several, using paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, lifecycle, and funnels. Apply AI to gain an edge and optimize conversion.

Qualifications

• Experience driving growth for B2B SaaS products.
• Ability to own channels end-to-end and scale performance.
• Comfort with AI tools to accelerate marketing experiments.

Responsabilités

• Own a growth channel end to end; set strategy and launch campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings across channels.
• Learn customer needs and pain points of property managers.
• Run fast experiments, test hooks/audiences/funnels, scale what works.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, and automation.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert to demo bookings.
• Collaborate with founder on positioning and messaging.
• Track performance and explain what’s working and why.
