Base360.ai is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer in Cannes to build our growth engine from the ground up. You will own one or multiple channels, run campaigns, and directly influence demo bookings, qualified leads, and customers for our AI-driven property management platform.

You'll experiment quickly, use AI to accelerate research, copy, targeting, and automation, and partner with the founder to position and message our product for property managers and portfolio operators.

Qualifications

• You are a fast learner who can pick up new skills quickly.
• You are hungry to get great at growth and willing to own multiple channels.
• You are AI-savvy and comfortable using modern tools to test ideas.
• You are analytical, data-driven, and able to turn insights into action.
• You are resourceful and self-directed, delivering results without detailed steps.
• Bonus: hands-on experience with paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle marketing, or partnerships.
• Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS, short-term rentals, hospitality tech, or marketing to property managers.

Responsabilités

• Own one growth channel end to end or multiple channels with strategy and campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings through paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals, and partnerships.
• Understand customer needs, pain points, and what drives switching software.
• Run fast experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; scale what works.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, content production, and automation.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert from first impression to paying customer.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging for property managers.
