Base360.ai is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to help reach short-term rental operators and property management companies, turning attention into demo bookings, qualified leads, and customers.

The role is hands-on and entrepreneurial, reporting directly to the founder. You may own a single channel or work across several, including paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, lifecycle, and funnels. Build our growth engine from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Growth-focused marketer with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience across multiple channels (paid, content, SEO, outbound) and lifecycle marketing.
• Ability to turn product capabilities into compelling value propositions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to measure lead quality and CAC.

Responsabilités

• Own a growth channel end to end or multiple channels; set strategy and launch campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings via paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals, and partnerships.
• Understand customers (property managers) and what drives them to switch software.
• Run rapid experiments to identify scalable hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, content production, and automation.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert from first impression to demo booking and paying customers.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging to highlight product capabilities.
• Track performance: lead quality, conversions, CAC, and pipeline contribution, and explain why it works.
