Base360.ai is hiring a Founding Growth Marketer to help target short-term rental operators and property managers. You’ll own growth channels end-to-end or span multiple channels, launching campaigns and driving qualified leads and demo bookings.

Work directly with the founder in an entrepreneurial setting, build the growth engine from ground up, and scale strategies across paid ads, SEO, outbound, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing.

Qualifications

• Bonus: Hands-on experience with paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle marketing, or partnerships.
• Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS, short-term rentals, hospitality technology, or marketing to property managers.

Responsabilités

• Own a growth channel end to end — or run across several. Set the strategy, launch campaigns, and take responsibility for results.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings across paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals, and partnerships.
• Understand customers and what slows them down, what makes them switch software.
• Run experiments fast and scale what works; stop what doesn’t.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, content production, and automation.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert from first impression to paid customer.
• Work with the founder on positioning and messaging to convert operators to Base360.
• Track performance: measure lead quality, conversion rates, CAC, and pipeline contribution.
