Base360.ai is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to drive awareness and demand among short-term rental operators and property managers. You will own growth channels, experiment rapidly, and build a scalable engine from the ground up.

You’ll work directly with the founder, own campaigns across paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing, and turn insights into qualified leads and demo bookings.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial, hands-on growth experience preferred.
• Ability to own a growth channel end-to-end or multiple channels.
• Strong track record turning experiments into scalable results.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation.

Responsabilités

• Own a growth channel end to end or multiple channels; set strategy and campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings across channels.
• Understand customer needs of property managers and operators.
• Run fast experiments and scale what works; kill what doesn’t.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert visitors into customers.
• Collaborate with founder on positioning and messaging to drive product-market fit.
• Track metrics like lead quality, CAC, and pipeline contribution.
