Base360.ai is seeking a founding Growth Marketer to help reach short-term rental operators and property managers, turning attention into demo bookings and customers. You may own a single channel or run across several, including paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, lifecycle, and funnels.

This hands-on, entrepreneurial role works directly with the founder to build the growth engine from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth marketing or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and automation.

Responsabilités

• Own a growth channel end to end or multiple channels and drive results.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings through paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals, and partnerships.
• Understand customers and what motivates them to switch software.
• Run rapid experiments and scale successful tactics.
