Base360.ai is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to help reach short-term rental operators and property management companies — and turn attention into demo bookings, qualified leads, and customers. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role working directly with the founder to build our growth engine from the ground up.

You may own a single channel or work across several: paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, lifecycle, funnels.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth marketing for B2B SaaS is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to own channels end-to-end and drive measurable results.

Responsabilités

• Own a growth channel end to end — or run across several. Set the strategy, launch campaigns, and take responsibility for results.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings across paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals, and partnerships.
• Understand our customers: how property managers operate and what drives switches to new software.
• Run experiments fast: test hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; scale what works.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, content production, and automation.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert from first impression to demo booking and paying customer.
• Work closely with the founder on positioning and messaging to clearly articulate product capabilities.
• Track performance: measure lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition costs, and pipeline influence.
