Base360.ai is seeking a founding Growth Marketer to help reach short-term rental operators and turn attention into demo bookings, qualified leads, and customers. This hands-on, entrepreneurial role lets you own a channel or several, using paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, and lifecycle strategies.

You'll work directly with the founder, test quickly, and build the growth engine from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle marketing, or partnerships.
• Strong experimentation mindset and ability to scale what works.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with founders and teams.

Responsabilités

• Own a growth channel end to end or multiple channels.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings via paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals, and partnerships.
• Understand customer needs and what motivates them to switch software.
• Run rapid experiments and scale successful hooks, audiences, and funnels.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, content production, and automation.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert at each stage to demo bookings and customers.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging to highlight product capabilities.
• Track lead quality, conversion rates, CAC, and pipeline contribution; explain what works and why.
