Job summary

telli is launching a focused outbound sales effort in France with a compact Paris-based team. As the founding France BDR, you will identify target companies, reach the people who own customer operations, and generate qualified opportunities for the broader sales team.

You will help decide which messages, channels, and routines become our French playbook. You will engage daily via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and experiments to test what works, bring back insights to product and marketing, and drive

Qualifications

• Disciplined, coachable and resilient with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stay motivated through rejection and maintain focus on outcomes.
• Willingness to learn a technical product and engage in outbound sales activities.
• Excellent listening and communication skills in French; comfortable speaking English.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup and taking ownership of results.

Responsibilities

• Build targeted account lists and identify customers with a clear interaction problem.
• Prospect daily via calls, email, LinkedIn, and experiments; phone is essential.
• Lead first conversations with workflow discovery and context for the AE.
• Test messages and sequences to optimize conversations and pipeline quality.
• Communicate insights to France team, product, and marketing to improve targeting.
