Job summary

DialedIn Recruiting is helping a confidential e-commerce software company in France search for a Founding BDR who will work fully remote from France. This person will build the initial French outreach, qualify leads by phone, and set meetings for the account executives.

Expect to handle up to 80 dials daily, report to the French Country Manager, and help shape the local BDR playbook. Start date is fixed and early career growth is emphasized within a growing, visible function.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months in an SDR/BDR or cold calling role, or agency or e-commerce sales experience is nice to have.
• Mindset matters more than experience; not strictly required.

Responsibilities

• Make cold calls and generate a sales pipeline with the phone as the main tool.
• Make around 80 dials per day to ecommerce decision-makers.
• Book qualified meetings for account executives.
• Help shape the French BDR playbook as the first person in the role.
• Report directly to the French Country Manager to learn quickly and receive close leadership.
