Job summary

AVASO is seeking an Onsite End User Computing Level 2 Engineer in Lyon to join our client support team. You will ensure end-users have a reliable computing experience by delivering hands-on technical support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and associated software.

Responsibilities include on-site troubleshooting, incident management, software installs, hardware maintenance, end-user training, and collaboration with remote teams to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT preferred.
• Proven experience as Onsite End User Computing Level 2 Engineer.
• Experience with Windows and Mac environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, including VIP support.
• 4 years of technical support in a hybrid Windows/Mac environment.
• Experience with a helpdesk operation, including Windows and Mac clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems at client sites.
• Install, configure, and update software and productivity tools onsite.
• Document interactions and resolutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with remote teams and other IT groups on location.
• Train end-users and create user-friendly guides.
