Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Senior Total Rewards professional to advise HR leaders on executive compensation across international portals. You will lead cycles for executive pay, including salary reviews, variable pay, equity awards, and Individual Social Reviews, while maintaining grading schemes and salary ranges.

You will design mobility packages in collaboration with International Mobility, oversee France's executive car fleet policy, and contribute to cross-functional and regulatory

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in HR, Finance, Business or related field.
• Proven experience in finance/performance management or compensation & benefits in international environments.
• Experience supporting executive populations and managing international mobility.
• Strong knowledge of compensation policies, benchmarking and grading systems.
• Interest in transformation projects, data and digital tools.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Responsabilités

• Advise HR Leaders, Talent teams, and executives on compensation for their executive committees.
• Lead executive compensation cycles, including salary reviews, variable compensation, equity awards, and Individual Social Reviews.
• Maintain grading frameworks, compensation benchmarks, and salary ranges.
• Design international mobility packages in collaboration with the International Mobility team.
• Lead the executive car fleet policy for France.
• Contribute to capability building and best-practice sharing across Business Units.
• Translate business needs into HR tools and support their implementation.
• Ensure the quality of Compensation & Benefits data and develop management dashboards and KPIs.
• Monitor developments and trends in Compensation & Benefits.
• Contribute to cross-functional and regulatory projects, including pay transparency, CSRD, and updates to Group frameworks.
