Qonto in Paris is seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager to shape fair, competitive and scalable pay decisions. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, People Partners and managers to benchmark offers, promotions and retention, and lead end-to-end compensation cycles across Europe.

You will build global grading and salary ranges, improve governance, and translate complex questions into clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in compensation and benefits with end-to-end cycles.
• Ability to partner with Talent Acquisition, People Partners and managers.
• Strong understanding of salary ranges, leveling and pay-transparency topics.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the business to benchmark offers, promotions, retention decisions and off-cycle reviews.
• Turn complex compensation questions into clear recommendations using market data and internal equity.
• Own key compensation processes and cycles: policy updates, salary reviews and compliance monitoring.
• Build scalable frameworks across grading, leveling, salary ranges and pay transparency.
• Strengthen compensation governance by improving data quality and self-service resources in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
