SPHEREA in Toulouse is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Director (F/H) to lead the Group's Global Total Rewards strategy and People Analytics across countries. You will own compensation frameworks, job architecture, and workforce data, ensuring consistent standards while enabling local flexibility.

Role includes defining pay structures, leading salary cycles, STI/LTI programs, and pay equity monitoring, with a focus on integration after acquisitions and governance of global benefits principles.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Global Rewards, HRIS, or People Analytics.
• Strong compensation and job architecture expertise.
• Experience supporting M&A integrations and leading salary/program design.

Responsabilités

• Lead and govern the Group Global Total Rewards strategy and People Analytics.
• Define and maintain compensation philosophy, pay structures, and job architecture.
• Lead annual salary reviews, bonuses, STI/LTI programs, and pay equity monitoring.
• Oversee benefits governance, M&A integration playbooks, and dashboards for leadership.
