Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Pre Sales Technical Architect for Europe, including non-EU countries. You will engage with customers, analyze requirements, and design high-level architectures combining Motorola and partner solutions.

The role requires travel up to 25% across Europe and strong communication skills in English; other European languages are desirable. The position supports complex system integrations and radio technologies such as TETRA, APCO P25, DMR, and mobile broadband.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Pre Sales technical role, including tender answering.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken; English mandatory; other European languages desirable.
• Knowledge of radio communications and related technologies.
• Experience engaging with internal/external stakeholders to drive opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand problems and requirements and propose technology offerings.
• Analyze complex customer problems to define compelling solutions and BOMs.
• Design technology and service-based solutions and manage design reviews.
• Present solution designs and implementation options to customers.
• Build relationships with key organizations (e.g. MoI, MoD) and conduct product demonstrations.
• Support procurement by evaluating quotations from third-party vendors and lead technical sales activities.
