Job summary

ScorePlay Inc. is seeking a results-driven Solutions Engineer to support pre-sales and design efforts across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

You will translate customer goals into end-to-end workflows and craft architecture diagrams to help both technical and non-technical stakeholders understand solutions. You will partner with Sales on deal scoping, cost inputs, and build repeatable templates and collateral to scale our technical engagements.

Qualifications

• Around 2 to 5 years in a technical role with real customer exposure.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage mixed technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in pre-sales and design work.
• Nice to have familiarity with media, broadcast or Media Asset Management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own ScorePlay's responses to RFPs and tenders across EMEA end to end.
• Join sales cycles once conversations become technical to map workflows and shape approach.
• Translate customer goals into end-to-end workflows: capture, ingest, management in ScorePlay, distribution.
• Produce architecture diagrams and workflow maps for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build documentation, templates and technical collateral used by Sales.
• Build and manage relationships with systems integrators and vendors and coordinate handover with Deployment Engineer.
