French Selection UK is seeking an International Technical Sales Manager for a field-based role across Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria and Belgium. You will drive new business opportunities and manage key customer relationships across Europe.

The position offers a salary up to €70,000 per annum depending on experience, plus bonus and car allowance, with extensive travel and a requirement for fluent French and German.

5+ years in B2B technical sales and strong negotiation skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B technical sales (electric or electronic backgrounds preferred).
• Fluent in French and German; English also.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive and able to work independently.
• Well organised with CRM, reporting and pipeline management skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across DACH and France/Belgium.
• Manage and grow relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Take ownership of the sales process from initial enquiry through to contract.
• Travel across Europe for customer meetings, presentations and industry events.
• Work with internal teams to ensure customer requirements and projects are delivered effectively.
• Build the sales pipeline, monitor opportunities and contribute to long-term business growth.
