Job summary

Trustpair, a leading B2B SaaS platform securing payments and preventing vendor fraud, seeks a Senior Account Manager EMEA to lead a high-value enterprise portfolio, mainly in France with opportunities to expand internationally.

In this hybrid Paris-based role you will own the revenue expansion, build executive relationships with CFOs and finance leaders, negotiate complex enterprise agreements, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Partnerships to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management.
• Proven track record managing strategic or enterprise accounts with revenue expansion.
• Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Autonomy and ability to own and drive deals end-to-end.
• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts and drive revenue growth.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations including enterprise-wide agreements.
• Build compelling, value-based business cases demonstrating Trustpair's impact.
• Develop tailored account plans to maximize customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Product to deliver a seamless client experience.
