Pigment, the AI-powered planning platform, is seeking a proven Head of Enterprise Sales to scale a high‑performing team in France. You will lead 6–7 Enterprise Sales professionals and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to drive long-cycle deals with ARR >€150k and shape the French GTM strategy.

Fluent in French and English, you are a strategic yet hands‑on leader, coachable, and focused on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

5–7+ years leading Enterprise Sales teams in SaaS, with B2B experience.
Proven track record selling business applications with long cycles.
Experience building and leading the French market, with C-level relationships.
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

Lead a Team: Directly manage a team of 6-7 individual contributors, fostering a collaborative, high performing, and results oriented culture
Act as a Cross Functional Leader: Inspiring and Aligning every Revenue functions supporting the Geo / Region
Strategic Execution: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, build a robust pipeline, and exceed revenue targets
Drive Growth: Scale up a fast growing region with strategic thinking and hands-on contribution
Foster Learning: Cultivate a coachable mindset and continuous development
Collaborate for Success: Work with internal teams to optimize processes and customer satisfaction
