Pigment is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure customers achieve high adoption and business value from our AI-driven planning platform. You will build trusted advisor relationships with executives, manage a portfolio of Corporate & Enterprise accounts, and drive renewals and expansion.

The role is hybrid with 3 days in the Paris office; remote work is not available. You will develop value-realisation plans, navigate internal teams, and lead customer implementations while delivering

Qualifications

• Significant experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles within a software/SaaS company.
• Proven track record handling Corporate & Enterprise accounts, driving adoption, renewals and expansion.
• Experience with AI customer engagement strategies and automation platforms.
• Strong commercial mindset with ownership of revenue, renewals and expansions.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear Success & Value Realisation plans and align stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
• Navigate multiple departments to expand use cases and drive ARR while reducing risks.
• Oversee customer implementations and ensure high product adoption across accounts.
• Deliver presentations and provide best-practice recommendations and creative engagement solutions.
• Lead community-building through thought leadership, events, and best practices.
• Develop product expertise and collaborate with the product team on vision and roadmap.
