Job summary

Pega seeks a Director of Client Growth in Paris to lead enterprise sales teams serving France Enterprise & Government. You will coach Client Executives and Customer Success Managers, drive AI-first selling, and ensure resources target high-value opportunities.

You will partner with Marketing, Solution Consulting, Product, and executives to accelerate market expansion, coach talent, and deliver predictable growth across your portfolio in France.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software/AI sales, with direct or team-lead experience.
• Proven track record of year-over-year revenue growth and quota attainment.
• Ability to coach others through complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise pursuits.
• Experience unlocking new buying centers and creating net-new opportunities.
• Strong business acumen, technical credibility, and AI fluency.
• Bachelor's degree and fluency in French & English, in business contexts.
• Gartner/Forrester leadership in software markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Client Executives and Customer Success Managers in France Enterprise & Government to achieve growth and revenue targets.
• Coach sellers to leverage AI-enabled selling capabilities throughout discovery and engagement.
• Expand into new buying centers while advancing opportunities to successful outcomes.
• Own team performance across territory: revenue, pipeline, forecast accuracy, and client health.
• Use MEDDPICC or structured methods to improve deal execution and predictability.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain top sales talent for future growth.
