Entropia, based in Paris, France, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to unlock the full potential of our AI technology for clients and guide them through adoption. You will ensure smooth integration into client workflows and help stakeholders derive maximum value from our platform.

In this hybrid role, you will lead strategic implementations, deliver end-user enablement, manage relationships with a consultative, high-touch approach, and monitor adoption metrics to protect renewals and growth.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Implementation: Lead integration of Entropia solutions into client workflows to ensure adoption and impact.
• Training & Enablement: Demonstrate AI capabilities to end users and embed Entropia in their toolkit.
• Client Relationship Management: Be a trusted advisor delivering high-touch success.
• Success Metrics Management: Use adoption rates and NPS to drive client satisfaction and ROI.
• Advocacy and Engagement: Foster user engagement and advocates for Entropia.
• Customer Health Monitoring: Track health via analytics and feedback to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Feedback Loop: Relay customer insights to internal teams for product and service improvements.
