Job summary

monday.com is seeking a Customer Success Manager to become a product master and trusted technical advisor in a hybrid Paris office. You will help customers build, optimise and scale AI-powered workflows, driving adoption, governance, and value realization across enterprise accounts.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead AI-enabled implementations, conduct architecture reviews, and ensure customer success through strategic engagement and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager, Technical Customer Success or similar client-facing role at a SaaS company.
• Proven track record of implementing and configuring software solutions, including hands-on platform deployment and architecture.
• Passion for technology and AI, with the ability to learn and master new products, including hands-on AI tools.
• Ability to lead governance initiatives and platform audits to drive performance and adoption.
• Experience engaging in strategic technical conversations with senior stakeholders (c-suite).
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues, interpret data, and provide practical solutions.
• Creative, self-starter mentality to manage initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a product master and trusted technical advisor to help customers build, optimise and scale workflows.
• Drive hands-on implementation of AI-powered use cases and workflows.
• Lead architecture reviews for scale, performance, and governance of AI and workflows.
• Articulate ROI and value of AI capabilities to customers at all levels.
• Proactively manage portfolio retention, renewals and ARR growth.
• Interact with global teams and act as Voice of the Customer to inform product direction.
