Job summary

CreatorIQ is seeking a Customer Success Partner for Enterprise in Paris to serve as a strategic advisor to a portfolio of high-level customers, helping them achieve meaningful business outcomes through the CreatorIQ platform.

You will own the health and retention of your portfolio, build trusted relationships across stakeholder levels, and drive platform adoption while partnering with Sales, Implementation, Services, and Product to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a strategic customer-facing role, ideally in influencer marketing, an agency, brand, SaaS, or marketing tech.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs, retention goals, customer health, and advocacy metrics.
• Skilled at navigating organizations and engaging executives to advance programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of enterprise customers, aligning capabilities to business goals.
• Build multi-threaded relationships from daily users to executives across customer orgs.
• Drive platform adoption and success by analyzing engagement and identifying value opportunities.
• Lead engagements including success planning, business reviews, and roadmap discussions.
• Own customer health and retention, proactively addressing risks and action plans.
