Job summary

2501 is hiring a Customer Success/TAM-focused professional to own post-sale relationships with large enterprise accounts and drive adoption of our autonomous AI agents within complex IT environments. You will bridge business goals with technical execution, reducing churn by ensuring customer success and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Must have enterprise CS or TAM background in infrastructure, DevOps, or observability.
• Bilingual French & English; based in or near Paris.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale relationships with our largest enterprise accounts.
• Drive adoption and expansion of 2501 agents inside complex environments.
• Bridge between business and technical teams, translating goals into outcomes.
• Reduce churn by making customers successful and spotting risk early.
• Partner with product and engineering to feed customer signal back into the roadmap.
