Job summary

Kong is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales of the Kong Konnect Platform into mid-market enterprise accounts. You will be the face of Kong for prospects, own your book of business, and work with a cross-functional team to close deals.

You should have direct experience selling enterprise software (ideally with open source, APIs, or infrastructure software), a proven ability to meet or exceed targets, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Experience selling enterprise software to mid-market accounts.
• Experience with open source, APIs, or infrastructure software.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Sell Kong Konnect Platform to mid-market enterprise accounts as part of Commercial sales.
• Meet and/or exceed quota, objectives and KPIs.
• Own and manage your book of business, document buying criteria and process, and drive deals to closure.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, post-sales, channel partners, customer success and leadership to promote Kong and drive new business.
