Ledger, the global platform for digital assets, is seeking a senior leader to build the Enterprise marketing strategy and lead institutional marketing efforts. You will collaborate with communications, sales, and product teams to advance growth and thought leadership worldwide.

Based in Paris with a global remit, the role embraces a hybrid work model and invites a dynamic leader to shape pricing, positioning and market expansion in emerging markets.

Qualifications

• Robust enterprise marketing experience, especially in crypto/digital assets.
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies for enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and digital asset management.
• Analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights for marketing decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to articulate complex concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and managing direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Support the VP Communications and VP Revenue for Enterprise in building Ledger Enterprise’s position as the world’s most secure institutional platform and trading tool for critical digital assets and Web3.
• Create the Enterprise business marketing strategy, lead on lead generation, institutional adoption and thought leadership globally.
• Build, structure, and manage a high performing team that fosters cross functional collaboration with departments.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in crypto and digital assets, applying insights to marketing strategies and roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to conduct price testing, research competitive pricing, and develop positioning recommendations.
• Be a strong, empathetic leader and team partner, evolving to meet changing institutional digital asset landscape.
