Job summary

Ledger Enterprise is seeking a CRM Lifecycle Specialist to own end-to-end multi-channel campaigns, collaborating with product, marketing, sales, and analytics to drive engagement and growth. You will leverage leading automation platforms and AI tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality and precision.

The role emphasizes hybrid work options, global collaboration, and a pathway to leadership within Ledger's CRM team, with a focus on self-custody and digital asset initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years CRM/marketing automation experience.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms: Braze, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot.
• Experience or understanding of AI tools: Cursor, Claude, Gemini.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Campaign delivery: Create, manage, analyze and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• End-to-end campaign build management: initiative and own cross-team collaboration of content creation, design, localization, tracking and delivery of each campaign.
• Delivery process optimization: automate, optimize and improve internal processes through routine analysis and actionable ideas.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with product, marketing, sales and analytics to deliver a high volume of campaigns.
