Job summary

Ledger, the global platform for digital assets, is seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to accelerate growth within Performance Marketing. You will recruit affiliates, showcase product benefits, and build strong partnerships.

You will own revenue targets, map ecosystem opportunities, negotiate deals, and represent Ledger at industry events like Token2049 and Paris Blockchain Week. Fluent English required; French a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Affiliate Marketing or Business Development with a track record of owning and beating revenue targets.
• Preference for FinTech or Cryptocurrency sectors.
• Excellent prospecting and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue targets for partner portfolio and report weekly.
• Build growth plans for top partners and convert relationships into strategic alliances.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles and negotiate commercial agreements.
