Job summary

Ledger is seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to drive market growth by recruiting affiliates, showcasing product benefits, and building strong partnerships. You will own revenue targets, manage key accounts, and lead end-to-end deal closures in a hybrid Paris-based setup.

You should have 5+ years in affiliate marketing or business development, be fluent in English (French a plus), and adept at using AI tools to optimize daily workflows within FinTech/crypto contexts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Affiliate Marketing or Business Development.
• Proven ability to close commission-based deals and defend margin.
• Experience managing a high-revenue partner portfolio with minimal supervision.
• Fluent English; French is an advantage.
• AI-savvy and able to leverage AI tools to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue targets for partner portfolio and report weekly.
• Build growth plans for top partners and turn transactional relationships into strategic alliances.
• Drive participation in Ledger's global calendar for promos and launches.
• Identify Tier 1 partners outside Ledger's network and close deals.
