DQE is a fast-growing SaaS company helping businesses unlock the potential of customer data. As a Customer Success Manager, you own adoption, satisfaction, and value delivery across the customer lifecycle for our enterprise clients.

You onboard customers, drive ROI, manage renewals, and advocate for the voice of the customer to influence product roadmaps. French and English fluency required; based in Île-de-France, on-site in Levallois-Perret.

Formación

• 3+ years in Customer Success or Delivery Management for B2B SaaS.
• Experience with data solutions and CRM data environments.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard customers, drive adoption, and ensure value delivery across the lifecycle.
• Own renewals and reduce churn while identifying upsell opportunities.
