Datadog Paris is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager who speaks French to proactively drive product attachment and strong relationships with our largest customers. This hybrid role involves onboarding, adoption, and advocacy, aligning business goals with Datadog offerings.

You will partner with various teams, monitor usage trends, and travel for onsite visits as needed. Fluent French and English are required, with 3+ years in CS/ACM and SaaS experience.

Formación

• 3+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
• Experience handling Fortune 1000/global brands.
• Fluent in French and English; strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard, train, and drive adoption with Enterprise customers.
• Build relationships to achieve loyalty and advocacy within their organization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Datadog teams (sales, support, enablement, product, finance, and legal).
• Own and project manage the onboarding process for new customers.
• Become a trusted advisor to the client and plan to meet their business goals.
• Monitor usage trends to uncover renewal risks and identify growth opportunities.
• Align customers' objectives with Datadog platform offerings.
