Qdrant is seeking a Business Development Representative to help build its enterprise pipeline. You will report directly to our Enterprise sales leaders and collaborate on the accounts that matter most to our growth.

You’ll run inbound and outbound motions, and operate strategically inside key accounts to identify and drive expansion opportunities with the Enterprise team. A genuine curiosity about how production AI systems are built will help you succeed in this role.

• Engage with engineering and AI leaders evaluating vector search infrastructure.
