Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Sales Manager, Enterprise Industries to lead a high‑performing team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on Industries. You will shape and execute strategies to win strategic enterprise deals, collaborating with Applied AI Engineering, Product, GTM and Marketing to position Anthropic's frontier AI solutions across major enterprises.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise sales experience in Industries technology or SaaS
• 5+ years of sales leadership in Enterprise segment (Industries)
• Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams
• Experience building and scaling sales processes, tools and methodologies
• Strong technical acumen to discuss AI applications with stakeholders
• Experience partnering with technical teams across the customer journey
• Deep understanding of Industries buying cycles and procurement
• Ability to navigate multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles
• Strong pipeline management, forecasting and sales metrics discipline
• Excellent communication across technical, business and executive levels

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives for Industries
• Develop and implement sales strategies for Industries procurement cycles
• Create and maintain forecasts, pipeline management, CRM data integrity
• Partner with Enablement to accelerate AE ramp time
• Collaborate with Applied AI Engineering to demonstrate capabilities pre/post-sales
• Ensure credible technical conversations about AI applications in Industries
• Drive strategic initiatives and cross-functional partnerships
• Identify new market opportunities and use cases for Anthropic's AI solutions
• Navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems to build consensus
• Gather customer feedback to inform product direction and improve experience
• Refine the Industries sales methodology with playbooks and best practices
