Job summary

Appen Limited is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to grow enterprise partnerships across the EMEA region. This remote role requires strong B2B sales skills, AI domain knowledge, and the ability to close multi-million dollar deals with large enterprises.

You will run full 360° sales cycles, translate requirements into commercial proposals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in industry events to gather market intelligence. Travel within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience across EU with a track record of closing deals.
• Excellent business English; additional European or APAC languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel across the region.
• Strong network and experience closing multi-million dollar deals in AI-related fields.
• Hands-on experience closing deals in AI/data services or NLP/speech technology.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop client business needs for AI data services and establish commercial relationships.
• Run consultative, full 360° sales cycles with clients, translating technical requirements into commercial proposals.
• Partner with Solutions, Customer Success, Product, and Legal teams to create replicable offer packs and pricing for local markets.
• Actively participate in AI industry events and exhibitions to gather market intelligence.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of selling complex AI data services or data solutions to large enterprises.
• Report regularly to the Senior Manager for the EMEA region.
