Job summary

Alan is expanding its France sales team and seeking a full-time Enterprise Account Executive to own end-to-end sales with large tech, Syntec, and B2B services clients. You will engage HR executives to CEOs, deliver compelling product demos, and drive adoption across national accounts in Paris and major French cities.

You’ll operate in a hybrid office with flexible hours, collaborating with marketing and product teams to tailor health and benefits offerings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Sales with at least 2 years in Enterprise Sales cycles.
• Full working proficiency in French (C2+) and an advanced level in English.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills and empathy.
• Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Educate prospects with inspiring product demos and onboard key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor offers for large enterprises.
• Engage in RFP processes and manage multi-stakeholder approvals.
