Alan is hiring for a Small Businesses Account Executive role in France. You will own the full sales cycle, build strategic relationships, and deliver engaging product demos to help hundreds of French companies evaluate Alan’s prevention-insurance platform.

Based in France with flexibility for relocation to key cities, you will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, collaborating with a tight team committed to a customer-first approach and rapid impact from day one.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of experience managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Fluent French (C2+) and advanced English required.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills with strong empathy and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Build and manage strategic relationships and drive key customer engagements.
• Deliver compelling product demos and guide stakeholders through evaluation in a high-velocity setting.
