Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, channel management, or related domain.
• Solid Java background with credibility to challenge architecture decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver in fast-moving environments and collaborate with international stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead two engineering squads responsible for seller journey on Mirakl Connect and external marketplace integrations.
• Partner with Product and Design to define priorities and translate business needs into execution plans.
• Drive the technical direction of your scope, architect for scalability and maintainability, and promote testing and observability best practices.
• Coach engineers and tech leads, run performance conversations, and attract strong talent.
• Improve operating model: focus, ownership, and collaboration across distributed teams.
