Mirakl is seeking a senior engineering leader based in Paris or Bordeaux with hybrid work options to lead two squads within Mirakl Connect. You will drive delivery on the seller journey and cross-marketplace integrations, balancing speed, quality, and technical sustainability.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and international teams, guiding architecture, talent development, and scalable solutions across marketplaces worldwide.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years managing engineering teams.
• Experience in ecommerce, marketplaces or related domains.
• Solid Java background with architectural awareness.
• Experience with international collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead two engineering squads (Seller Experience and Channel Integration) across multiple marketplaces and collaborations with US colleagues.
• Partner with Product and Design to define priorities and translate business needs into execution plans.
• Drive the technical direction, challenging architecture choices and raising best practices in testing, observability, and incident management.
• Develop people through coaching, growth opportunities, and performance conversations.
• Build a strong operating model, improve ways of working, and enable effective collaboration with distributed teams.
