Jobtailor in Paris is seeking a customer support specialist to manage individual energy contract needs via phone, email, or social media. You will monitor consumption, review contracts, and resolve issues to improve service quality.

You will work with a team to identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in training initiatives while maintaining accurate billing explanations and timely payments.

Responsabilités

• Represent the brand and respond to the needs of individual customers by phone, email, or social media.
• Support customers in monitoring and reducing their energy consumption.
• Proactively review contracts and resolve any issues.
• Identify and analyze opportunities to improve the service and working methods.
• Contribute to the team's development and growth through operational, recruitment, and training initiatives.
• Manage a portfolio of individual customers and support them with their energy contracts.
• Handle contract activation, consumption monitoring, explanations of bills and monthly payments, payments and social assistance, as well as relocations.
• Explain the specific features of the energy market and renewable energy.
