Tektronix, Inc. is seeking a Manager EMEAI for Services Sales to build and lead a regional structure across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India within Tektronix Service Solutions.

You will work with Regional Sales Account Managers to execute the defined GTM strategy, visit key customers, and help close top opportunities. This role reports to the General Manager, Service Solutions for APAC/EMEAI and requires strong language skills, strategic planning, and the ability to travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in business administration or engineering.
• Proven track record in regional sales leadership roles.
• Experience with value selling and Challenger sales approaches.

Responsabilités

• Prepare annual/quarterly regional business plans and manage the regional sales budget.
• Initiate country sales plans to execute the GTM strategy and hit targets.
• Lead KPI reviews and implement action plans with regional teams.
