• Implements Value Selling and Challenger sales techniques and related tools.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Manager EMEAI for Services Sales

Location: Bayern, Germany, Paris, Ile-de-France, France

Tektronix Service Organization is immersed in a transformation process to create a new GTM, and therefore is looking for a Manager EMEAI for Services Sales Manager. In this role, you will be able to form and development a new regional structure with 3 major regional hubs across EMEAI consisting of Region EU-South (France, Italy, and Iberia), Region EU-North (UK & Ireland, BeNeLux and Nordic Countries), Region EU-DACH (Austria, Switzerland, Germany and and India.

To promote our Tektronix Service Solutions the Sales Manager works together with Regional Sales Account managers, visits key end-customers, helps to execute the defined strategy, supports to close top opportunities, and also plays a key role in the relation between regions and the different functions within the company.

The EMEAI sales leader is actively involved in the daily sales processes of the countries reporting into them to achieve the monthly/quarterly and annual targets in line with regional growth objectives.

Primary Function / Major Responsibility:

• Prepare annual/quarterly regional business plans and manage the sales budget for the assigned region.
• Initiates and implements, in close cooperation with Regional Sales Account Managers country sales plans to implement the strategy and GTM ensuring we achieve our targets and objectives.
• Manages this business based on figures/facts and KPI’s which will be weekly/monthly reviewed with their team. If required, action (plans) will be implemented and weekly follow‑up.
• Implements Value Selling and Challenger sales techniques as well as other RBS (sales growth related) tools within this team.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications - External

Education and/or Experience:

• Preferable Bachelor/master’s degree in business administration or engineering
• Experience in the eT&M Industry
• Strong, multicultural people manager
• Consistent overachievement of quarterly/yearly sales personal (or team) targets.
• Experience in working for a public listed company / Fortune 500

• Required primary excellent language skills (verbal and written): English, plus 1 additional primary European language
• Prioritizes quickly to focus on the critical few and drive action
• Willing and able to move out of their comfort zone and not afraid of standing alone
• Dedicated to use Ralliant Business System tools and Core Value Drivers to design, manage and measure work
• Able to work with different management levels as well as internal as external.
• In daily work very well structured and strong “sales processes” driven to drive the team to double‑digit growth figures.

Job conditions: Following the working hours and local public holidays of the country/Region the employee is working for/appointed to.

Residence: Home office based in Europe or Munich/Paris area / 70% of time on (inter)national travel
